PrimeArc Math Challenge 2026
Challenge your thinking, discover new strategies, and celebrate mathematical achievement with fellow middle school problem solvers.
Think deeper. Solve creatively. Challenge yourself.
The PrimeArc Math Challenge gives students in Grades 6–8 an opportunity to experience mathematics beyond regular classroom exercises. Students will work through a carefully designed set of problems that reward reasoning, strong fundamentals, and creative problem solving.
Problem Solving
Questions emphasize mathematical reasoning and strategy instead of simply applying memorized formulas.
Increasing Challenge
Problems begin at an accessible level and gradually progress toward more challenging competition-style mathematics.
Awards & Recognition
The event concludes with a same-day awards ceremony with 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place medals and certificates for every student.
25 questions. 60 minutes. One exciting challenge.
Students will complete 25 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. Calculators are not permitted. Problems will include a range of middle school and competition mathematics.
Open to all students in Grades 6–8.
Previous math competition experience is not required. The challenge is designed for students who enjoy thinking, solving, and stretching their mathematical abilities.
